Please dont waste your time with this place. It is really a shame because on the outside these apartments really seem nice, once you move in though, you quickly realize that you have been made a fool of and EVERYTHING in the apartment is junk. If the builders would have just spent a little more time on each apartment, they could have been really nice places to live. I really wonder how these builders stay in business with their crappy workmanship. Upon move in I first noticed the crappy paint job that was done. Globs of paint could be found all over the walls, in the shower, on the countertops. And for some reason the builders thought it would be a good idea to first put in the carpet....THEN paint the walls. There are spots of paint all over our carpet. And speaking of the carpet, it is crunchy and really cheap looking & feeling. In one of our bathrooms, there is a HUGE, long scratch on our bathroom cabinet by the toilet paper roll. What ever idiot screwed in the toilet paper roll must have slipped while doing so and scratched it....& of course....left it like that. Our balcony roof is colapsing too. Our air conditioner has been broken since we moved in. They keep promising to fix it, but weeks have gone by and they just keep making up excuses. The leasing office keeps telling me that "they just arent showing up" to do the air conditioning. These people are idiots. It is very frustrating. They really dont care about their residents...they are just money hungry. And to comment on one of the previous reviews about the door locks....yea, they suck. Only one deadbolt lock. I live on the 2nd floor too, & my front door has a big window in it. All anyone would have to do is break the window, twist the lock, and they would be in to steal whatever. My friend who used to live here said that he once asked why there is only one lock. He was told it was a "cost reduction" matter. Glad to see that they are willing to risk the residents safety in order to save a buck. And the noise is horrible. I can hear EVERYTHING the neighbors do and say. When my neighbor below me is in the bathroom, I can hear her fan running loud and clear as if MY bathroom fan is running. The walls are so thin that I feel like I cant ever turn on music or talk loud because I am sure the neighbors can hear EVERYTHING I do. And dont move in thinking you can hang anything heavy on the walls either. One of my neighbors attempted to hang up a flat screen tv & the whole wall just came crashing down. So, please, dont waste your money on this place. Really, it is sooo not worth it.
