Big Creek Apartments

Spending my mioney elsewhere From: lezbee_ann@yahoo.com Date posted: 5/2/2008 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2008   After reading the reviews here I must agree with most of the negative ones. My lease is up in June and will not stay here anymore. Snow removal from the entranceways is very good, the parking lot is dismal. Like one reviewer stated I too was stuck in my parking and garage areas many times in my 5 years here. Cars with those blaring groundshaking speakers well after midnight, kids playing in the streets, overfilled trash bins with tenants just throwing garbage on the ground next to them, and many other ongoing problems that are never resolved. We have purchased a home in North Royalton and for $ 914. 327. monthly taxes and insurance our payment is $ 1241. That is just $ 166. a month more, and we should get that back in taxes. By all means look for a home if you can, its a buyers market. If a home isn't practical now remember there are many other apartments in this area to choose from. I would not recommend Big Creek at all.
