Awful, dreadful , horrible , terrible management. Very very pricey. Does not worth the money

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
Promotional discount only first year. If you plan to stay there longer than first year, prepare yourself for a big jump in your rent. Usually I plan to stay longer than 1 year so was my mistake in moving there.
I have tried to contact corporate management (per Big Creek suggestion), but they never return the calls. Left dozen of voice mails, but stil no call back.
They are a huge company and do not care about an individual.
Anyway, the promotional price is competitive with the market, but the isuue will come on the subsequently years.
If you prefer a more stable place to live, without having to move every year go somewhere else. The cost of moving will be way over the promotional discount you get. Do not fall for it.
Also, have to pay for the water does not sound appealing for some of us. Sewer is also paid separately.
Parking is not available for the ones with 2 cars. People prefer to park outside even they have a garage, so no parking spots available for families with 2 cars.
I know it s not fair, but the management is not willing to curb this habit of parking outside when you have a garage.
The carpet is kept in the apartments for 7 years or even longer. They do not replace the carpet after the residents are moving out. If you a lucky enough you can get a 6-7 years old carpet and when you are moving out they are charging you for replacing the carpet as is your fault the carpet worn or got bad.
The apartments in general are build cheap. The doors and the blinds are the cheapest they can get. They fall apart and you will be charged for replacement.
The swimming pool is dirty. They do not clean the water very often. They test it, but not clean it. Plenty of leaves, sticks, feather from nearby geese in the water. The safeguards are rude (even with small childern).
Bottom line: The only thing they stay in the market is the promotional rate for the first year. The following years will get very very pricey.
