loved it but too expensive

I loved living here! I lived in a building in the back of the complex on the second floor. It was so spacious and quiet and clean. I never had a maintenance issue! The patio was lovely, and the tennis court was kept in great condition. I tried to have a bird feeder but the tenant below me complained about the bird seed so they made me take it down. I especially loved being able to buy a washer and dryer to put in my apartment and not have to deal with coin laundry! I purchased a garage for the winter months only and only had one problem when we had a huge snow and i couldnt get to my garage to open it without shoveling the 3 feet of snow myself. I sometimes worked 3p-1130p shifts at the Cleveland Clinic and by the time I got home the only parking available was in front of the office, a few buildings away from mine, but otherwise parking was ok except the spaces were tight. The only reason I moved was because the increased the rent and with my pet rent it was wayy to expensive! my rent would have increased from $780/month including my pet rent about $850/month including pet rent!
