Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
 
They have started attracting tennants who don't really care about the improvements they try to make, or the building in general, anything new is usually defaced within a week.

Much of the cleaning staff is at best indifferent when it comes to performing their jobs.

The price is OK, but the wall air conditioner doesn't do much to keep the apartment cool during the summer.

If you want quick highway access this is NOT the apartment for you.
