My mother lives here, not me, but I've had extensive experience here. The worst part is the staff. Aside from the fact that dealing with them is like gator wrestling, they do so very much to make the place worse. People behave horribly and nothing is done about it. Every summer evening there is so much noise from the picnic area, your windows can't be open. The kids are allowed to destroy and disturb with impunity; extensive vandalism is routine. They throw glass from the 6th floor onto to the airconditioner (it sounds like a bomb). They stop the elevators for hours on end. They ride their bikes in the hall. Watch the endless parade of beer cases going in&out of that place on a Saturday night.
