I have lived in Ranch Village, going on two years, and it is a great place compared to other apartments that I have experienced. The buildings are well maintained, the grounds are well-kept (they mow the lawn every WEEK in the summer), there are no rodents (i.e. mice, cockroaches, etc), the parking lots are plowed every time it snows, it is a quiet community, management and office staff is wonderful. And yes, they sent me a thank you card to thank me for visiting the apartments (before I moved in), too! The leasing agent even remembered me 3 months later, when a suite opened up, and she CALLED me. You can't get that service and quality at a better price anywhere else!!

I've been trying to visit these apartments for 2 weeks now. Everytime I call I either get transferred to an answering machine, or I talk to someone who says they are with a client and they will call me back, but the never do. I just wonder why people think it's okay to ignore potential renters. I would in retail, and if we treated our customers like that, our company wouldn't exsist...

I'm thinking this post is truly an attempt by a worker for Ranch Village in an attempt to discredit the NUMEROUS complaints about the management of this property and the treatment of the residents here. Ever since I complained that one of their workers stole something from my apartment, I'm all of a sudden getting "noise complaint" letters stating that I am in violation of my lease, ect. I've had maintenance men come and fine, I understand they get thirsty, have a glass of water... But they've left my cups out half filled with pop, juice, w/e, and initially I thought it was me and I was losing it. The one window in my hallway has been broken for a YEAR now. I'm pretty sure our cleaning lady for the hallway died. I sincerely do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. Perhaps if the management were responsive and helpful this would be a wonderful place to live, it truly would. It's taken them 3 months to fix my leaking kitchen sink. Oh, and it still leaks. The old-fashioned closet door had broken and I've put in a request for it to be fixed 5 months ago. Still broken.
