The apartments can be nice, however, they can also be the worst place you have ever lived. Just as a word of caution, the ventilation systems are tied to together. If you are in a unit above one of the lower units cigarette smoke will enter your apartment. If this becomes bothersome to you there is very little you can do about it thanks to no renters rights covering this issue in Ohio. Most of the people are pretty nice, however, if you have a noisy neighbor the floors and walls are not well insulated for sound. You will here them. I have also had rent checks applied to other people's accounts. In my case I had provide copies of every cleared check to show every month was paid in full. Personally I would not fault a company for making a minor mistake. The part that is bothersome is the fact they never apologized and placed the burden of proof on the tenant. I personally would not have rented from this company for the money per month. There is much better out there!
