I wanted to be a cosigner for one of my friends who applied here. Their application process is horrible. First the lady there was not friendly. Second they dont give out their application paper but ask you to fill it out there. No other option! So you either memorize all the info about yourself or bring them with you so she can see you writing alive! Oh by the way you need to get an appointment in advance otherwise she will get mad! Such a nice place to live!

Yeah, got the same treatment as we just tried to apply there. On top of it we got denied because of their insane 'criteria' and I cussed out their pathetic management company on the phone because they wouldn't give me a straightforward answer. Very shady company. If you're not 'top notch' to them, they won't give you a chance. They just lost potential renters. Don't waste your time with these fools.

I will admit their application process is ridiculous, but WHY WOULDNT YOU COME PREPARED!!??? It's a great way to weed out ignorance.
