The people that work there are incompetant, when i moved in last year, there was no stove and the place hadnt been cleaned since the previous renter moved out. There was also no electricity. I checked with them prior to moving in to see if i needed to put the electric in my name and they said no so I assumed everything was going to be taken care of when I moved in. I didnt have electricity for about 2 days..luckily I had somewhere else to stay in the mean time. The only thing good about the place is the size of my bedroom. It is very big, besides that, this place is horrible. The place isnt well insulated so expect high gas bills, in the winter my gas bill was about $150(which was more than my parents 3 bedroom 1500 sq foot house)
