The owner does not care about this property or its residence. There has been at least 6 new managers in the past few years. The owner-Michael-refuses to spend the money that the buildings and apartments need. There are broken water pipes, an open sewer drain without a manhole cover that fits correctly, black mold, leaking roofs, and if anything needs done in your apartment you might as well do it yourself because there is never any maintenance people available. The laundry room is always dirty, the washers and dryers break down and don't get fixed right away-and if you lose money in them-tough!!!! You cannot get reimbursed. The pool is never open on time, the rent is outrageous when you have to pay your own heat and even hot water in some with laundry rooms. Currently there is 2 months free-so they can sucker you into moving in and then leave you hanging. If your apartment is not finished when you move in don;t expect it to ever get finished-missing closet doors -forget ever getting any.

In the winter the sidewalks are never salted or even cleared-well maybe a day or two later. The parking lot is atrocious in the winter-a couple years ago most of the cars were frozen in the ice and had to be dug out by residents-they refuse to put salt in the parking lot. Near the pool it floods whenever it rains and thats been for the whole time I've lived here-they won't pay the money to get anyone to clean the drains. The actual structure of some of the buildings is falling apart and nobody cares.
