We moved in and our carpets were stained from the previous renter. We were not even able to see our apartment prior to moving in. While living at the apartments, we complained on multiple occasions about our neighbors and nothing was ever done about it. We could constantly smell marijuana smoke coming from their apartment and have called the cops several times. Loud music complaints were filed multiple times from neighbors driving through the parking lot at 3AM.

When we moved out, we got charged $100 for carpet cleaning ($55) (Which the carpet was already stained when we moved in, and noted on our inspection report. What more can we do other than vacuum'), window cleaning ($30) (when we were at the apartment cleaning for 3 hours, we thoroughly cleaned the windows, and cleaning of the ceiling fan ($15) (I admit we did not clean the ceiling fan, but $15' COME ON .. to dust it off')

The laundry rooms were constantly in use because a lot of the times, the washing machines werent even in service.
