As a young couple my girlfriend and i searched throughout parma and parma heights for a decent apt. We came across this place and thought the staff was friendly, the apts looked decent and the price was the cheapest for the size. sure the halls stink, and it can be a little noisy, but what apartment isnt' the nieghbors stay out of your way, there is plenty of parking for you and guests cameras everywhere and coinless laundry so you dont need to keep quarters. i probably couldnt see myself living here beyond 2 or 3 years but for a starter place this is just fine. and for those who complain there is no hear. come to my 3rd floor apartment in the winter its toasty!!!!
