Good for a first apartment, but nothing else.

At first the apartment was cozy and unique. The first set of many many many managers were very nice and that helped sell it. The first few months I lived there, the third floor heating pipe busted flooding my second floor apartment. Needless to say no one did a darn thing. I had to get a wetvac and clean it myself til 3am. They only painted the ceiling about two weeks after. The bathroom sink was falling out of the wall (and no one came to fix it like I asked numerous times). I always paid my rent on time and kept reciepts, and Im glad I did because as soon as I hit the one year mark (I had a 15month lease) they said I didnt pay May rent. Well I showed the recipet to them 3 times, to different managers of course and that was the biggest mess ever!! It finally was taken care of thank goodness. After all the damage was done because of it not being up to code I did not get my deposit back. So if you want a crappy apartment that falls apart and that no one cares if you trash it- go for it. Good luck talking to a manager that lasts more than 6 months.
