My Midtown Towers Story
From: s.barge@csuohio.eduDate posted: 6/23/2001
Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
I am currently a tenant at Midtown Towers and
have been pleased with my apartment since November, 1999. The apartments there are reasonbly priced and very roomy when comparing them to other apartments reletively
priced around the area. My only problem with
MIDTOWN TOWERS which would prhibit me from recommending them to ANYONE is summarized below.
I am 24 years old and soon to be married. I just started the process of aquiring a house but now my only problem in obtaining that goal is my current lease. My current lease expires this November and the leaseing agents will not budge what so ever. My dream house will have to go to someone else because I cannot afford to purchase a new home and buy out my lease at the same time. I wouldn't normally be upset about this if I hadn't been offered such an attractive oppurtunity on a new home. I believe that I deserve some help from MIDTOWN in allowing me out of my lease without tremendous financial bariers. It's not as if they are haveing any trouble filling apartments.
Thanks, Scott
