I recently just moved out of Midtown and not a moment too soon. The quality of the apartments was so poor it reminded me of a public housing complex. You never have a moments peace no matter what floor or apartment unit you live in, I've made friends with other tenants there and when I went to visit them, there units were just as loud as mine. You can hear just about every little noise from anyone on all four sides of your apartment, and when you complain either to forset city or the midtown staff, all you hear is pathetic excuses, no one wants to help you, no one cares, As time passes more and more rude, obnxoious, agressive people are moving in because no one is screened properly...I understand giving felons and child molestors a second chance, but enough is enough, I hate that place.I never want to see it again!

What confuses me is why people like you live in an apartment like this for more than 1 lease period (it shows you lived here from 2002-2004). If it's THAT bad, then you are the idiot for signing another year's lease!!!

As a paying tenant I have a right to a quality apartment unit...If I am not recieving basic life function such as proper sleep and utility usage, It is my right to demand this and if I still don't recieve this. this is negligence...Any company or person who uses their greed and cheapness to build below acceptable units and then not do anything about it, when most of their residents complain about it, should be exposed. It is quite a long story to tell you in detail why I did what I did while living here, but the bottom line is that when a tenant is slowly destroyed from the inside out by someone elses cheapness and greed when this could be prevented in the richest country in the world, there is no "excuse" for that. Do me a favor, how about people first, profits second, hows thats sound?
