Very bad customer service and very dirty place to live. Not worth for what we pay

Before when Debbie was there.Atleast the customer service was Good.
Now, as the management changed now.
The people are very careless and rude.
When we request for some maintenance, they take down your # and tell you they will call you.
But never return even after 10 days.
When we want to talk regarding the lease.
The manager will not be available after 3:30 - 4:00.
Any somebody says that i have to talk to manager.
Oh God.
We went to office more than 4 to 5 times to talk to her.They take your # and tell us that they will call you.
But never recieve call from them.
But they will assume and prepare a leasing agreement for month to month and charge very heavily.
Even you sign up 6 months.
they say that it is same price as month to month.
and they increased it $250.
And it is not worth at all.Bleieve me don't enter this apartments.
There are hell of insects too.
