Horrible, depressing, ugly new color for the lobby

When I returned home on Thursday from work I was shocked to notice the new color that is being used to paint the lobby of the building-1. The new color is dark black-blue. This dark color is so horrible that it gives you a feeling of depression. This color also makes the lobby very dark even though its bright outside. Isn't the main lobby supposed to give you a feeling of pleasantness and liveliness' Instead one feels exactly opposite now.
There were two other ladies who were waiting for elevator and were talking about how bad the new color is. My neighbor was saying the same thing on Sunday.
The previous manager Linda was responsible for fiasco of painting the apartment doors with weird colors now this new manager, Lorrie Mustard, seems to be worse than Linda in choosing colors. Instead of beautifying the lobby Lorrie is making it ugly and depressing. She should call some tenants and check with them what they feel about the new color.
Lorrie and the staff should re-consider the new color and choose a color that gives a feeling of warmth and welcome to the residents. Its still not too late to do that.

You should see some of the hallways in building three. I went there to visit my friend and they are painted mustard yellow...ummmm...when I was there last they were starting to destroy that lobby. I wonder what color that one will be painted.

Well, you are never going to please everyone with colour selection. I have heard alot of positive response to the lobby in building one, and I live in building 3 and think its looking great. Can't anyone just be happy that they are remodeling it at all! AND btw, I left another positive review and I am just a resident here not someone who was forced to write something positive so I wish everyone would stop saying that. YOu have your opinion, and I have mine. Why do the positive reviews face such scrutiny when maybe you are just a disgruntled former employee or a troublemaker resident who has nothing better to do than complain. My opinions are just as valid as all the negative ones. I only wish more people would take time to write something positive because when I chat with neighbors inthe laundry or lobby they are so happy about the remodeling!

Yes, well, why do all the negative reviews get looked aat as a trouble maker resident? Hmmm? Many of the negative reviews have specific issues. Those are issues that should be dealt with, but instead management is claiming those people are liars and trouble makers. When your sink backs up and it takes three days for someone to come in and look at it, that is a specific problem that needs to be dealt with immediately. That has nothing to do with "not getting your way" or "being a trouble maker." I hope anyone thinking about living here looks at the specific complaints before deciding to move in.

You can't write something positive when there is NOTHING positive to write.
People who have had a bad experience have a right to voice their issues. That is what this website is for, obviously.....hence the basis of the website (e.i. the rating of apartments.
Midtown Towers is terrible and the people who live there (who are actually living in the world of reality) know this. Others should be told before they make the mistake of moving in because the rent is cheap.
Parma100, good luck with the sink. Mine actually had to start gushing water all over the kitchen before someone would look at it and then they informed me that a week before the woman in the apartment below mine had messed up the pipes when she was using her garbage disposal...hmm...maybe they should have warned people that there was an issue and that your kitchen sink may suddenly start spewing water all over the floor.
