hi i am a 3 year resident at midtown towers i am moving when my lease is up in sept. there is new management here for about 1 yr. or so now . i pay 702.00 for a two bedroom and a pool (which finally opened on the 4th of july and the lifeguards dont show up half of the time), but any way , i can get a 3 bedroom in parma for the same price deeper in parma and that is where i plan to move. cars and appartments are always getting broke into. ( while security is on site and you see someone breaking the law and you call the office they tell you to call the parme police-why have security'-)and people who dont know tenent law rights are being 'walked all over'for instace- a women went without hot water in her bathroom for ***3 MONTHS***she didnt know about paying her rent to parma clerks but i informed her today. a 18 yr old boy(mind you they told me you have to be 21 yrs. old to get an appt.) they gave him a job as maint. a week ago he hasent even started yet but they gave him a appt WITHOUT A KEY, and needless to say he got robbed!! management also told me when i moved in that everybody gets a background check and if thay have a fellony they will be denied,BUT there was a (red -worst-) sex offender living in building 3 and i have a 9yr old son who lives with me..i understand that every 'big' appartment complex is going to have problems but this place is far beyond rediculous so i strongly recommend not to move here!! look into police reports made here and i am sure you find out more than i know!! good luck appt. hunting!! p.s. --i switched appt. about 1 yr ago and now they are telling me they didnt charge enough for a security deposit(and i am not a problem person and my rent is always on time) and now they want an extra 50.00 because they messed up( no they didnt i paid everything as the lease stated) which i will fight for when i move.........
