Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006

Bad, Nasty and Rude Manager plus

* Very Very, Poorly maintained all 3 Buildings(600 plus Totals Apartments)
* Mice (rat), Bugs and Cockroaches in the apartments and Hallways, but no help from Property Office
*30 years very Old and Dirty Building
*Very Old and sewer and drainage Line
*Apartments were flooded over and over
*Full of Urinated carpets and Stinky hallways
* Trash area is always full and it stinks badly.
* Renting apartment to anybody without checking their Criminal backgrounds
* Managers raises Rent more then $110 a month but she treats Tenants like a piece of trash
* Theft is happening everyday on Car and Laundry room because NO SECURITY
* Most Tenants are so afraid to go out at Dark because there is no Light
* Noisy cars and loud music will be playing late at Night
* Fitness center is unsafe and not maintained at all.
