How come Forestcity allow Husband & wife work toghter, I am talking about Manager Lorrie and her Husband, he is Main. Supervisor
* If you move out you never get any deposite back
* Very Very, Poorly maintained all 3 Buildings(600 plus Totals Apartments)
* Mice (rat), Bugs and Cockroaches in the apartments and Hallways, but no help from Property Office
*30 years very Old and Dirty Building/sewer sys.
*Full of Urinated carpets and Stinky hallways
* Renting apartment to anybody without checking their Criminal backgrounds
* Managers raises Rent more then $100 a month but she treats Tenants like a piece of trash
* Theft is happening everyday on Car and Laundry room because NO SECURITY
* Most Tenants are so afraid to go out at Dark
* Noisy cars and loud music will be playing late at
Night
* Fitness center is unsafe and not maintained at all.
