Midtwon Towers is better then it has ever been and is getting better every day. The new Property Manager Lorrie and the new maintenance super are great! They treat you like a real person and not just a number. The service orders are done timely. I think that the bad e-mails are discruntled residents that did not get their way with management. The new manager is firm, fair and consistant she believes in good old fashion service and she loves her residents. In just the first 90 day she has improved lobbie, new hallway carpet, and more to come. The activities have started back again and are fun! Margaret does a great job. The vandalism has disipated and We love living here. We know some day it will be the best value in town!! Mark my words.

Wow.... "good old fashion service"...that is what is written on all of the pamphlets that the new manager hangs up all over the walls. Hmm..... I wonder where you came up with that. Oh, and by the way, "good old fashion services" usually means that the "buyer is always right". But at Midtown Towers the management is always right, even when they do an "annual inspection" of your apartment and then rip your screen out of your window. It took me over a month to get them to fix the big hole they left in my screen. By the way, sometimes when you run the dishwasher water comes out of the sink and floods the apartment....just a heads up.

its almost like this was written by someone who works there. "getting better everyday"? "We know someday it will be the best value in town"? I have never heard anyone refer to anything like that except for someone who was running the place

how can anyone even say that work orders get done on a timely manner. i waited five months to get a new window because mine would not lock and lorrie had the nerve to tell me that there were bigger problems than me living on the first floor without a locking window. oh yeah an about the diswasher thing, happened to me. the lady above me clogged her dishwasher and it came out my sink and flooded my apartment it took them almost a month to look at my warped ruined cabinets and drawers which i already fixed myself. this place is so horrible i feel sorry everytime i see someone moving in and i would just like to say don't even bring your stuff in just leave now. save yourself money and stress by not moving here. i have almost 6 months left on my lease and im moving sooner thats how bad it sucks here!!!
