what's up with the water here'

Lorrie, last night I noticed an aweful smell from the water in both the bathroom and kitchen sinks. What's up with this' Is this being investigated' I reported this, but the front staff don't seem to care too much. I happen to know that this kind of smell is water contamination that needs to be addressed. I recommend that anyone who reads this need to boil their water until the water is fixed. Sincerely a very concerned resident.

I lived there before Lorrie became the property manager and there was a newsletter, so lets talk about honesty. When you ask three times for the elevators to be locked and they keep telling you they will do it, that is simply not doing your job and lying. If there was a legitimate reason it should have been communicated.
You are right, the current staff isn't disgruntled yet, of course, they are all new. The old staff, like sweet Pat, left because of the new management.
Lorrie is infamous for her lack of communication. Notices are continuously being put up after the fact. Did you notice the fiasco with the parking lot? They were towing cars and it took longer than originally planned, because even the staff couldn't explain the map.
I see Lorrie thinks she has bad tenants, and if you are one of those she considers "bad" believe me, you'll know it.
Memorial day isn't the only day the water was shut off. It is usually shut off a couple of times a month and often there is no notice.
Finally, with the rent I paid, why would I volunteer, to actually get the pool open or the stairways cleaned (they are scary and nasty)? That is management's job. I have never lived in another apartment building that expected the residents to volunteer to do the work. Perhaps if the staff wasn't on a perpetual break, more would get done.
I am having serious trouble believing this review wasn't written by a staff member.

so um yeah i'll tell you whats up with the water...the place is a complete mess, midtown is dirty and rundown...if you live here you should just move out now because no matter how much you complain lorrie is just going to call you a lier and never fix all your problems.....even if you complain to forest city it just magically gets forwarded to lorrie and she calls you a lier and tells you her door is always open feel free to talk.....but nobody wants to talk to someone who is rude and has the nerve to call you a lier when she is just not responsible enough to manage and properly take care of such a rundown dumpy property!
