Well, I just don't understand all the negative reviews here. My fiancee and I have lived here now for about a year and a half and have been very happy. The fitness center is awesome and the pool looks so nice now that the new manager updated the pool area. I am suprised to hear so much negativity about the new manager, Lorrie. It seems to me that she has done nothing but make improvements since her arrival. I also want to mention the maintenance staff is awesome! We have had a few small issues always resolved within the same day! Gene and Lorrie are both straightforward and reasonable. Also, the cleaning staff is very friendly here. We have a spacious apartment and beautiful kitchen. The only thing that needs improvement is the snow removal/ice removal in the winter and I have heard that Lorrie is already planning to change the way this is done. I appreciate Lorrie and Gene being easily accessible to residents. I would recommend visiting for yourself to get the real story on these apartments. :)

so this review is crap....the whole place needs tons of improvement...and lorrie just needs to be fired...she is rude and makes her tenants feel like ---- by calling them liers! she needs a lot of training in managing such a rundown place....maybe she should get some glasses and pay attention that midtown isn't the ritz its the shits!

The fitness center is dark and NOT safe!! If you are a girl do NOT go there alone.
