LIKE MOST REVIEWS I FEEL THE SAME WAY, THEY SHOW U THE NICE MODELS BUT ONCE U MOVE IN YOUR APARTMENT IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE IT.ALSO BUILDING ONE LOBBY MAY NOT BE THE BEST COLOR CHOICE BUT IT'S COMFORTABLE COMPARED TO THE ONE IN MY BUILDING.ALSO I DON'T FEEL SAFE BECAUSE ANYONE CAN WALK IN THE BUILDING BECAUSE THE LIGHTS BY THE ENTRANCE DOORS WORK WHEN THEY WANT TO AND THE ENTRANCE DOORS TO MY BUILDING IS'NT LOCKED AND IT'S BEEN THAT WAY FOR MONTHS NOW. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT MIDTOWN TOWERS HAS TIME TO REDECORATE A LOBBY BUT IT TAKES MONTHS FOR A LOCK TO GET FIXED SO THAT GOES TO SHOW WHAT'S IMPORTANT AND I FEEL LIKE MY SAFETY IS'NT.

YOu should call the office with any problems, How will they know what is going on if you do not call and you post this ugliness in this website.

Once again, a post from management. As everyone who lives there is aware, the locks are always broken and management does get told and it still takes months to fix. But Management's office is constantly being improved.

The lock on one building is indeed broken, in fact, the lock isn't even present anymore. I assume this post is referring to the "redecoration" of building 3 as well? How long are they going to be doing that? I rarely see anyone actually working on the area. I know people who do similar work and they are astounded it took longer than two weeks to finish.

your not the only one who feels cheated...midtown is a dirty rundown place being managed by a rude and nasty woman who has absolutely no idea what she is doing, lorrie should be replaced by someone who has more concern for serious problems....its like lorrie is living on another planet with her head in the clouds!

Going to management will not help. On this website and in the "news letters" Lorrie acts pleasant and ready to help. But I've walked into the office to see her yelling at a tenant. I've seen her call tenants liars and I know for sure that when you write a maintenance request that if she doesn't have time for it, it gets "lost". Then when you show her your copy (that you made to prove that you requested maintenance) she'll say you never turned it in to her. RIGHT. It really won't matter if you call the office. They don't care. Move out as soon as you can! That is the best thing you can do.
