I am a current resident here and although there are some problems, which is to be expected with any place, I don't believe they are as big as some that those are saying. Maybe this is because they got their act together after getting some complaints. First of all, I know people are complaining about the trash. I think if people acted like adults and were respectable of the place they were living in, it would not have been the way it was. You only have the other residents to blame for leaving trash on the floors. How rude and disrespectful is that'! To think that maintenance should come around the apartments every day just to clean up someone elses' garbage when they have more important things to be doing. I have to admit, maintenance is sometimes a little slow at getting things done but they do it within a week. There is no complaints in that department when there are 3 buildings to take care of. My one complaint is that my shower water continuously goes from hot to cold no matter how far the water is turned. I have to normally mess with it for a few minutes before it reaches a comfortable tempature. Other than that, the parking is fine. There is parking all over the place. The problem with most people is that they don't want to walk. Unfortunately there are hundreds of other people that live in the apartments and they have cars too. The walls have recently been painted, storage rooms are re-done, and they even painted the garbage rooms. I agree that there are LITTLE things that they could do but what apartment complex doesn't have those things. I think that when living in an apartment complex, we can't rely on maintenance to do everything. If we want to live in a healthy place then we must make the effort to clean up after ourselves and our kids. People let their kids do whatever they want and they have them take the garbage to the trash compacter and they can't even reach so where do they put the stuff, on the floor! Let's not blame everyone else for our actions.

I would have to agree with you on just about everything....It seems like the complaints on here are coming from residents who first need to take at look at them selves and see what THEY are doing wrong..I dont see any complaints about rent being too high, heat doesnt work, apartments are too little or outdated. I mean come on people grow up and take responsibility for your own actions. If I read this and thought about moving in I would still considerate it because there are no major complaints about the apartment itself. I am a resident and I must say it is not as bad as some people on here make it seem.
