I have nothing good to say about this place.

The management sucks as well as most of the residents.

I have lived at Midtown for just over 3 years and I can't wait until my lease is up so I can move out.

The quality of the people here has declined so much in the last 3 years.

Also, you pay all this money for rent, which is horrible what they charge, and they don't even put the money towards things that would benefit the residents.

They spend the money on things to make prospective residents want to move there.

Once you live there, you don't matter anymore.

It's all about getting you in.
