(Gardens) The building is falling apart. Siding coming off, floors uneven, sliding door came off track due to uneven settling floors. Dogs are a major problem running around loose pooping everywhere. Hallway smells of dog piss. A constant barking all the time. Walls are very thin can hear other residents at most of the time. Maintenance is a problem. They seem to not be able to fix much or too lazy to try. Plumbing fixtures leak badly from tub. Maint. was unable to repair. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Not worth the $$$
