Parmatown apartments was a wonderful place to live when I first moved in. For the past 6 or 7 months however, it has dramatically decreased in quality. The hallways on most floors have been torn up for the past 4 months and have not been finished. It really smells bad in the hallways and the laundry rooms. It is WAY too expensive for what you get. The staff is constantly being changed and the people we are getting to help us are becoming ruder and ruder. I am seriously disappointed in the quality of the apartment complex and would definately not recommend it to ANYONE!
