Started off as a very nice community, but with the frequent staff changes, poor maintenance, money wasted on remodeling unnecessary areas multiple times, the place has hit bottom. Current management doesn't even honor the contractual obligations of the lease, they raise the prices whenever they feel like it, even in the middle of the lease term. Hallways are seldom cleaned, often reak of garbage. Tough to get water even approaching "hot". Management is hostile to disabled residents, building is not accessible to people with disabilities. I'm moving as soon as I can!
