I live in the Gardens behind the main building. I am very happy with my apartment. The people in the office are always very nice and helpful. I have not had to deal with any maintenance issues. Most of the residents are friendly. There is a vandalism problem that is not being handled well at all. I also feel pretty safe there with the security driving through. With heat included in the rent, I feel that it was one of the best places I found for the money.
