I lived at Parmatown Apartments for two years. I spent my first year in the gardens which is nice and quiet. These suites are smaller but nicer all around.

I spent my second year at The Towers because I needed more space. Although, it was an improvement and I did enjoy the community, the elevator situation is a nightmare. So, if you live above Five it is quite the problem. Also, if you get locked out you could be waiting for hours for maintence to return your call.
The laundry machines don't always work well.

I would reccommend this community to the older crowd as they have lots of activities for Seniors.
