Looking for a change.

I recently signed my lease for the 3rd year, and I regret it. I wish I would have taken more time to look around for a new place. My main complaint is my rent has increased $65 with two new leases. I questioned it before I signed my new lease, because I have 2 cats I pay an extra $40 in my rent. I have a heard time getting into the office because it is open after I leave for work and closed before I normally return home. It was a really nice place when I first moved in and most of the staff is very nice. It is a secure building, but often the buzzer is broke. They have a lot of vandalism.
