This place has been nothing but disrespect. Even before I moved in about 5 things were broken. So I went to the office and made 5 work orders: blinds, AC unit, electrical box door, 2 huge holes in the bathroom wall from the towel hanger, broken shower head. I've waited for almost two month visiting them couple of times a week to get this done, no one came. After the guy came he said that I broke the blinds, because the blinds are always checked and inspected before the move in. After I explained that the work order was created a while before I moved in, he told me that they tried fixing everything before, but I "must have not been opening the door every time or I wasn't home at the time." well, finally after about two month of waiting, they fixed the blinds. CONTRARY TO APARTMENT POLICY I HAD TO BUY THE FILLER AND FILL THE HOLES, HAD THE ELECTRICAL BOX DOOR WAS NEVER FIXED, AC STILL OVERHEATS.
So today I experience more: after receiving the letter that sometime during the day the maintenance will be coming in to check the smoke alarm battery, I was asleep as I heard a voice of the same guy in my apartment: NO ONE KNOCKED, they just barged in, I walked out sleepy in my underwear, they had no concern about it. Then I told that I just replaced the batter, he told me that they must do it. Then he started yelling to the other guy: "2 cats!! 2 cats, write it down, two cats!!!" I immediately understood that this was inspection, even though the first day I signed the lease, there was nothing about inspections, and I double and triple checked that. It is really riiculous, unprofessional and disrespectful. I've never been treated this way in my life.
Also, NOTE: pet fees: $300 NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee, $20 per month to have a cat, 2 pet limit. Also, ntohing has ever been done to neighbors, who smoke weed every day, sick of this smell already.

I'm not at all surprised. Leave this City if you live here. If one does'nt live here, DON'T even consider moving here, the people are rude, the city and police dept are so CORRUPT. I'm speaking from personal experience. For the price they take for rent in this city one could live in a much safer, cleaner suburb.
