Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Although I have only been living here for about a year and a half, I did have a friend in the past that lived here in the Tower building, whom I often came to visit. The building has been renovated very nicely since back then, and my apartment is renovated too, with nice oak cabinetry and new carpet. It seems that most of the staff lives here; I often see them after hours and they are always very nice to me. There is a strong family-type feel here...everyone knows everyone, and it's enjoyable and actually pretty comforting. Maintenance is pretty quick to get things done; I always have the same technician which is nice. They allow dogs here, so I would say the housekeeping girls do a great job keeping the place clean, you would never know there are pets allowed...until you go outside :) but generally, waste is not an issue in my opinion. Compared to many other places, rent is VERY reasonable, and the quality of the building and staff only makes it better. There are many activities they do, one being a popular bus trip to casinos that many of the woman in the lobby talk about. i can see that people stick around, rather than moving in and out after a year.
I've lived at two other complexes since i've been renting, and i must honestly say that this is the nicest community i've seen. Clean, safe, very involved and considerate staff, quality service, very involved property manager, too. He seems to have a genuine interest in the property and it's people.
I would recommend this place, for sure. Im really very happy here.
PS-very close to everything you need as far as grocery, gas stations, mall, library, tri-c, etc.
