I lived here for 2005-2006. My husband and I greatly enjoyed it--though our biggest problems were: there is not too much space, the ladies in the leasing office are weird, the rent jumps up like 200.00 bucks after your first year or so, and there was no lighting/cable in the Bedroom--also--the laundry machines do not dry clothes very well and are not in the suites. In a way, the good out-weighs the bad, though-- we love the maintenance people--they are prompt, do a GREAT job, and are kind. Our neighbors are very nice. The mailman is efficient. Our apartment is clean--lots of parking--no bugs,etc. The pool is great in the summer--there are two of them! We love the video rental shop in the leasing office. We also enjoy the BINGO. Parking was awesome--I never have to park far from my apartment. Also, you have until the 5th to pay your rent without a fee. The mgmt. is very prompt and fair--they have always been helpful to me. I also love the lake/pond--it is relaxing to come home to. The apt. is near lots of shopping and we feel very safe here. If we could afford the bigger apartments--we would defn. stay for quite a bit longer.
