I am a current resident who will not be renewing their lease. Other than a few pleasant neighbors I have had nothing but bad experiences here. I had a mouse in my apartment, the kitchen floor had pee stains on it when I moved in, snow removal is slow, the only place to put money on your laundry card is at the office which they close at 6 on the weekends, this is not a pet friendly apartment - they have unmarked police cars that sit outside to give you tickets if you forget to bring a poop bag with you, it took a week to fix my not leaky but running faucet...and I have only been here for less than six months! I wish I wasn't stuck in this ridiculous lease!!!
Whatever you do, do not move here!!!! The maintenance men are nice and friendly, but the office ladies are just strange.

I agree.
I am not renewing my lease. I've been here since June 2006. I love my neighbors but I hate the smells of the "ethnic" cooking..yuck!!! Maintenance was good but the office personal are "strange"....they haven't a clue! They tried to make a deal for me to stay (I always paid my rent on time) but for $700.00 a month...definately not worth it. Don't be fooled by free heat! what you may save on heat you spend doing laundry. Plus the water SMELLS in the laundry room. I could never find parking so I was forced to pay an extra $20.00 for the carport which was the best money I spent there. I never had to scrape my car in the winter...no ice or anything. I had a spot right by my door. The extra $20.00 was ok with me. The fitness room is nice but the machines are always broke. The apartment had a musty smell because of the ugly heat vents or whatever they are called. It made my apartmnet look like crap (cheap) and the smell never went away, even in the summer. We had an ANT attack too. Make sure you tell them you want your apt sprayed BEFORE you move in. Even the maintenance guys tell me that the managers/owners are cheap (aren't they all??) You would think that before you move in they would have the place exterminated....I can't wait to move...one more month!!! I will miss my neighbor moms though!!!
