Every Monday, Weds, and Friday you can count on the most annoying clanking and banging at about 8AM. They have the most ridiculous trash removal system. They attach the dumpster to the back of a pick up truck and it is soo noisy! So if you don't work a normal 8-5 job this is not the place to live! Usually on Tues and Thurs they do yard work starting at 8AM as well! So no sleeping in during the week. I don't need to sleep all day but when I get home late at night I would at least like to sleep later than 8AM. The grounds are kept up very nice though I must say. Also the management is RUDE and acts like you are nothing if you have a complaint. Like how dare you complain to them. Also I can hear the neighbors fighting all the time through the bathroom heater vent. There are better places for your money. Maintenance guys are the only really nice people. Leasing ladies are nice as well but I can't wait until my lease is up!
