I lived here for a year before getting out. My fiance and I had numerous problems; first parents would let their children run wild in the halls and laundry rooms and waiting areas for hours. Second, neighbors have a tendency to take matters into their own hands and spy on newcomers and yell at them or say "Hey! Who are you'!" if they don't recognize you. I don't like rude people in a buzzer only complex, so this was one of my least favorite parts of living there. Also, there were a few domestic disturbances on the floor beneath us at all hours of the night. Third, the hall we lived on constantly smelled like dog urine. Fourth, we could CLEARLY hear the upstairs neighbors using the restroom (not just the water going through the pipes).

The only upsides' A nice balcony and maintenance people who promptly TRIED to fix the problems (10 minutes after a complaint someone would be there to help). Also, there were a few security guards that always made their presence known. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
