HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S A COLLEGE DORM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! If you want to live here make sure you love the sound of loud exhust blaring in your windows at 6am and basically any hour after! It's a bunch of punks that live here from Ohio Technical College! They are ALWAYS on their balconies like its spring break YELLING from one balcony to the other! We have an elderly lady that beats her husband at all hours of the night below us and they keep telling us that she will be gone at the end of the month.....and shes still at it! As Im writing this review a ------ --- car just did a burn out in the back parking lot next to all bedroom windows! The staff here is HORRIBLE...they wont do ---- about anything! All they need is someone to occupy a suite and then you are stuck there is no out until the end of your lease term! NEVER EVER LIVE HERE!!!!! PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE!

Excuse me?? My son is a student at Ohio Tech who cannot wait to to get out of there. Why do the college kids get blamed for all the problems? These kids pay way more than other residents, and receive more abuse from the staff and other residents. Our son and his roommates are all on high honor roll and the deans list. Why is it ok for residents who are leaving at 6am to make noise, but the kids who are going to school are trouble makers? Our son and the other students have been blamed for many of the problems that have occurred and been held accountable by the college, when after the fact it was proven that they were not the cause.

Do you think being a technician is easy? i think not. Heck i bet every student at Ohio Tec. is 110 times smarter than you. Its no longer a case of being a "mechanic" being a technician is a skilled trade. Have you ever taken an engine down to the block and rebuilt it for a coustmer that wanted it done 3 days ago... i think not so shut it. The whole point is it is not easy to get honors at a technical college. And at least the kids know what they want to do in life, instead of going to a four year school with no clue what they are going to major in. IDIOT!
P.S. Congrats to the student/parent who made Honors!
