First of all , the maintenance here is absolutely wonderful and is always very timely. However the leasing office is another story.
First, upon moving in I was assured that there is never any trouble from the Police Station . However when I came home one day the whole force was outside the building searching for someone. I got no information from the leasing office and actually was simply told everything was taken care of when in reality a couple of guys shot up an apartment in the building next to mine and they weren't even caught!
Secondly, multiple time I had trouble using the 'wireless network', where it literally would not recognize the websites of even my computer.
Thirdly, when I was moving in it was made clear that when I needed I could come down and use the "business center". Every time that I came down I was treated like I was five and had to give a full account of what I needed to get done. Sometimes I was even told that I was not allowed to use the computer to print. Basically, they shouldn't call it a business center - when it is not!
Fourthly, I repeatedly asked if in the building I could get a dog, because technically only building D was allowed to have dogs. I was repeatedly told no. However, one of the leasing office women have a dog ( it constantly barks when I come home late at night)!
And the Parking is terrible! during the winter they rarely plow and when they do the stupid plowers push the snow around the cars. I was literally stuck in my parking and had to shovel myself out! Not only that but in the winter the whole parking is extremely icy!
Overall, I was very disappointed! I always paid rent on time, but the leasing office acted like I was beneath them. I would not recommended any one to move in! Even the "rec center" has one elliptical and the pool and sauna are constantly dirty or closed.

It amazes me how some people can write negative reviews when most of the time, they're the problem itself. Timely maintenance, check. Free wireless internet, check. Where is it written that you can use the Leasing office's computer? No where. This property does the best it can to accommodate every resident. If you're unhappy, move out and try and find a more affordable facility. Good Luck...

i agree with the first person who reviewed this place. i use to live there for a long time and the longer i was there is got worse. and no its not always the person who reviews thats the problem. its the kids. ok i saw kids do things daily that we bad. i don't recommend this place to anyone either. unless you want the noise and stuff then go ahead. they use to be nice but that was years ago.
