Regency Towers

 

I am currently a second year student at OCPM, and I have lived at the Regency for a year.

I have had a good experience at the Regency.

Last year, I was admitted to OCPM the Friday before school started.

I am Shomer Shabbat, and I had four hours before sundown to find a place to live.

When I called the Regency after having been admitted to school, the management at Regency was very kind to me and helped me to establish a place to live within two hours.

Furthermore, the regency helped me to make my transition to a new school and a new state much smoother and less stressful by making it possible for me to move in to my new apartment as soon as my plane landed.

I arrived at the airport the day before school started, and if the management at Regency had not have helped me to establish a home so quickly and to move in to an apartment when I got off the plane, I would have been really stuck.

I am very grateful that the management at Regency was kind to me and helped me to get my feet on the ground so that I could get started at OCPM on the right foot.

Throughout my stay at Regency, the management has always been kind to me and they have always been willing to help me with any concerns or problems.

The are always willing to work with you and to help you.

The maintainance people have always been kind to me and have always helped me as soon as I had something go wrong in the apartment.

If you do have a problem, I have found that management and maintainance always respond quickly.

The place is well kept and neat.

The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and all the appliances are in good condition and work well.

The only reason that I am having to move is because I am an observant ---, and I need to be in walking distance of a synagouge.

Unfortunately, there are no synagouges in walking distance of Regency.

If there was a synagouge in walking distance of Regency, I would definitely stay because it is a good place to live, and the people at the Regency (management, maintainance, everyone who works at Regency) are good people, who are willing to work with you to make your home a nice place to live.

I would recommend the Regency as a good place to live.

If you are a student, I would definitely recommend the Regency especially if you are just starting school because the Regency will make your transition to a new place and to a new school a smooth one.
