annoying neighbors, loud sometimes...but i guess its varies building to building...outlet possitions make no sense...light switch controles outlets = annoying...not enough parking spaces, people seem to park outside of spaces making it difficult to drive in the parking lot...too many cars parked in the streets, dangerous during the winter...second bedroom is barely big enough to room a person, plus there are no closets in it...closet space is limited...poor design in kitchen, could be setup alot better...drafty windows...heat is measured per cubic foot, so the gas bill is 3 times more expensive...lamps are a must in the bedrooms and living room bc there arent any ceiling lights in it...metals door, why'...so much paint caked on the wall and doors, makes it difficult to shut some doors...10 yr old fridge and an old 1/2 size oven...oven wasnt hooked up when we moved in...smoke alarm goes of every time you use the oven...2 outlets dont work, and other is shakey

My daughter just moved out of those apartments and I agree with the person that said that these apartments are okay. They were being kind. There isn't enough power in the kitchen to plug in the refrigerator and the coffee pot at the same time. After my daughter moved in, she found this out the hard way when all the food in her freezer had melted. The landlord said that the problem was that she had too much food. The kitchen is so small that if you have even the slightest weight issue you might not fit...I would check in advance for clearance. I'm not kidding. The window panes fall out when you try to open them. The air conditioning in the bedroom never worked. The water in the toilets won't flush water let alone toilet paper. No hot water in the bathroom sink. The one and only light fixture in the kitchen broke in half when she tried to change the light bulb because it was old and dry rotted. Parking is horrible. Garbage dumpsters are always full and she could never empty her trash. Because she was young and pretty the landlord blamed all the noise in the surrounding area on her when she doesn't have the time to sleep because she works three jobs! The only thing good about the area that I can say is that it is a safe neighborhood. Oh, and since there is no elevator to the third floor, you get a step climbing workout every time you leave and come home...which helps you fit into your very tiny kitchen even better.
