Its not for people who have children

The complex itself is great, though the tenants lack personality. It has a tendency to be loud on the occasional weekend, but overall is a quiet place to be. There is no playground or any place for children to play except for the pool in the summer. Most of the staff here (I have encountered 4 people) is very nice, and I have had few complaints. One tip for prospective tenants -- RENT a garage. Its $40 a month extra on the rent, but with the way parking is, its almost necessary.
