I moved into one of the townhomes because my sister lived in the complex, and I always enjoyed the atmosphere there. It's super convenient to shopping! We're a family of 4 with our youngest still being under age 1 when we lived there, and it was plenty spacious. The kitchen could surely use a pantry, though! We absolutely loved the fire-place and the overall atmosphere of the apartment. The neighbors were very friendly, and I always felt safe walking with the kids. My sister lived in a one-bedroom, which was rather small, but sufficient for a single person.
We did have some maintenance issues, but they were generally addressed rather quickly, and they even obliged to come during times the kids weren't napping! My neighbor did have a complaint about maintenance coming when she was napping, but we never had the same issue. The biggest complaint I had is my front door didn't even face the parking lot, so I always had to go in through the sliding glass door! Overall, I think it was a great place, and although a 2 bedroom would never fit our family situation now, I do miss it!
