I have a judgement from them for new linoleum, siding on the balcony, etc!! Later to find out they didn't replace any of it. THAT WOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW!

I would think if you caused the damages you would expect to pay for them. When they decide to make repairs is not your concern.

The repairs must be made before the the property is re-leased. Otherwise, future tenants could be charged for the same repairs.

That is the crap they pull. They tried to charge me to replace carpet after I moved out when I had lived there for 6 years and the carpet was not new when I moved in.
