I lived here for 2 years and just moved out! Thank goodness. Though the apartments are nice, the office staff is very unfriendly and not willing to work with you. This is the only complex I've ever lived in that made you renew your lease for a full year. Meaning if you got a job elsewhere and had to move, you are stuck. The staff has lied to me, messed up bills for me, and never called me back when I needed. The only person there who helped was Jamie (who left). Do not live there!!!!!! There are plenty of nice places in Perrysburg for far cheaper. Nice location, but overpriced. Cheap paint, and I had many problems with my dishwasher. Also, to get a nice balcony you actually wanted to walk out on...you have to pay a ridiculous amount of money. AGain, the office staff is not trustworthy and they never work with you except to get you to sign the lease. I'm definitely glad to be gone from there! Much happier now. And saving way more money!
