Nice place to live and one of most EXPENSIVE in Perrysburg/Toledo area. Staff is NOT friendly especially Melissa, on-site manager Denise, and they will raise their voice not realizing that they are talking to community member. I often realized that they racist at times. Staff is NOT trained properly and VERY INCOMPETENT will give you WRONG info, but refused to take responsibility of their actions. Unfortunately there isn't any safer place to live in Toledo area at least in my opinion. Good place for young professionals and safe for kids. I ve been living in Preston Gardens for one year now. Will move out soon only because I realized that Staff is NOT friendly and they will take an advantage of you. To be continuing .wait for my next review .I will give them good review next time only if they improve otherwise will nail them all over the internet. forgot to mention that get everything in writing or good luck!!...oh one more thing....if you live in apartments they will NOT clean snow properly from the sidewalk area unless you live in townhouse your area get's clean faster...maybe i wasn't paying enough rent....DISCRIMINATION!!!
