My two roommates and I moved into one of the two bedrooms at the Titleist Club. The apartments are very large, and I especially recommend a second floor apt. for the vaulted ceilings. The wood burning fireplace and the views from the balconies are great. We had friendly neighbors, and we felt safe. The price was quite reasonable, especially for the amazing square-footage. Our apartment had all new floors, and appliances.
Negatives: The management is very slow about getting back to you about concerns. I had to call four times once for a maintenance issue. There were several occasions where maintenance took a week to get to us. This may be a simple under-staffing issue, but some explanation should have been given, or at least an apology.
Another negative would be parking. Though you do get a covered spot with the lease, if you have more than one car or guests, they will have a hard time finding a spot.
The electric bills are also high due to the baseboard heating. We had to weather-proof the door in the winter due to the drafts.
