If your know whats good for your health and your safety you will NOT move into any schottenstien property. These apartments are not built correctly something is wrong with the structure of these buildings, I am very cursious as to how they even passed building codes! I have lived in two different apartments in the community and had severe water leaks in both places and a bug problem. There is no way the foundation is sealed the way water and bugs just creep into these apartments!!! It has taken an entire month for the my last water problem to be correctly resovled.
